good microwave, only problem was when I first opened it the one leg was pushed in so we had to put something under it. Plus it was loud when starting, called Samsung and they had a tech come put with in days. Fixed the problem and not noise anymore

This is a big microwave. Just be aware that this is a great heating system and it will overcook your food so just be careful and the popcorn setting is great.

This is the first microwave we have ever purchased. Never have we ever owned a microwave. I am glad this was our first choice of one. It is HUGE! But we placed it in a wall so it doesn't take up any counter space. The only complaint my other half has is that the 30 second button doesn't just start it. You have to press 30 second, then the start button. But that is minimal really. Samsung products seem to never fail us!

Great little microwave. Cooks fast and is relatively quiet. Bonus points for matching the finish and color of all of our other Samsung appliances.

Arrived on time in perfect condition and is exactly what we expected in addition used under counter with a trim kit ordered separately.

Love my new microwave! Matches my new refrigerator perfectly! It works great too! It’s very big but it’s up above so it doesn’t take up my counter space. If you want a small unit, don’t get this one. Also, I suggest you see the measurements before making a decision. Don’t make a purchase with out measuring.. that’s just silly

The color looks better than in the picture. High quality materials, good controls, and dependable. After two duds of other brands/models over a couple of weeks that we returned, this one was a keeper. Only thing I'd change would be that pressing the 30 second button would immediately start it instead of having to press start afterwards. By far the best microwave on the market.

Brought this microwave at a discount because it was last one and open box. Easy to use and fit perfectly on my kitchen counter top where the old and broken microwave used to occupy.

Great size. The larger capacity is nice. I like that you can add smaller increments in seconds instead of just 30 secs.

This gorgeous microwave looks sharp on my counter and easily fits a 9x13 casserole dish. However, be aware that this microwave only has 950 watts...so it takes quite a bit of time to heat anything up.

We bought this microwave to match our other Samsung black stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and it fits our kitchen very well. The controls are easy to use, and the microwave power is what most directions call high power. The rotating plate inside makes it unnecessary to stop and turn any items while cooking. The price was excellent for such a well made product.

This replacement microwave is one of the best sold by best buy. It is an excellent size and can fit larger items to cook or reheat. Great choice.

Love the black stainless. It matches my Kenmore Elite Black Stainless appliances perfectly. Microwave works well, large enough to fit dinner plates. Only recommendation for improving the product is for the door to open wider when pushing the release button.
