My only critique is I wish the control panel was lit better. On a counter without light shining right on it, it's a little hard to read the panel.

But top of microwave gets way too hot. Don't lay anything on top. Our pass microwave we always would lay a plate or fork on top. Never a problem. I sat a dish on top waiting for food to get done and laid my fork on it. Pick up food from microwave and picked up plate and it was really hot. Fork slip and landed on my chest and burnt me to blisters. I couldn't pick the fork up. Never had that problem. Would not recommend it to anyone. Our other microwave we got from you lasted only 3 years and burnt up. Not a happy customer

Good quality microwave

The black stainless steel matches really well with my other appliances. But it is very large, would not recommend for smaller kitchens as it takes up a large amount of counter-space.

I wanted something a bit larger with enough power to quick cook and steam veggies and other fast meals. The pizza and potato quick buttons are amazing. The reheat option is fabulous. I'm very happy with this microwave.

First it doesn’t heat correctly nothing is ever cooked right. It takes twice as long to heat food as other microwaves we’ve had. There is moisture inside the door between the panes of glass. In addition when it first starts it makes a horrible revving noise. I’ve had Samsung microwaves in the past and they’ve been great however this one completely misses the mark. Had we not been in a pandemic I would have walked it right back to the store but thanks to COVID I missed the return windows.

I really love the ceramic blue interior, and it does a great job heating up leftovers. It's big enough to handle any size container I use. We're a Samsung family, and this one did not disappoint. The clock display went bad (missing parts of numbers) about a year and a half after we purchased it so the warranty had expired. My wife and I were the only users and did a lot of traveling so it had very little use. I tried uploading a photo a couple times but was not allowed to by the Best Buy app (got a Sorry, the upload failed).
