All the vendors Samsung used either refused to uninstall or wanted money to uninstall because it was installed with the mounting trim sold by Samsung. So I had to uninstall myself prior to receiving service. So much for the 1 year labor warranty.

Cooks as expected.

A good size, no surprises, no problems as of yet. The fan is louder than our previous microwave, but it's not really all that bad, certainly not so bad that I have any regrets about the purchase.

I thought this a 'full feature' model, but not. Price wise, its on par for the price, but nothing spectacular.

Although I will admit it’s larger then I actually imagine. It’s not your typical white inside which I love. I shall admit I did not get around to reading the instructions which I should. Overall it’s worth the price.

Also Best Buy’s customer service was great and prompt - the glass tray was broken upon receipt and I recvd a replacement in 2 days!
