Controls are straight forward and similar to all modern microwaves, but because this one replace my built-in microwave that was fabricated in 1984, it has a lot to prove in terms of longevity.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it looks really sleek and elegant in my kitchen its bigger then my previous samsung microwave that i replaced from 2002 due to damage from grime build up overtime it was white on the inside so you could always see any little food particles so i love that this one is blue ceramic so it should last and should be easier to keep clean i see a lot of people complaining about it being loud but its a large microwave oven what do you expect? I personally think my previous smaller Samsung microwave was louder overall so far i love it but i just barely purchased it so onlytime will tell also i will add you should double check it when you take it out because it is very easy to dent i just noticed a dent on the corner hardly noticeable but not to noticeable for me to want to go thru the best buy hassle of returning i swear best buy return process is like having to speak with a detective thats solving a murder and your the suspect its nerve racking if they are going to accept your return or not in my opinion theyre 14 day return policy is “scandalous “

It was not worth it and we returned it.
