I thought I had blown a fuse. When all breakers were checked and confirmed good I returned to microwave and verified that it was still plugged into outlet. It was. I returned to kitchen about 30 minutes later to find the time had come back on and the microwave worked again. 4 days ago the microwave started to make an incredible loud "vibrating noise". I called best buy to complain and the salesperson immediately set up free delivery of a replacement microwave. We will see how this one works.

Works well The levels for defrost and soften are explained on the inside in case you miss it
