Have not been disappointed. Only odd thing is the light is very dim and u can't see your food spinning while cooking but oh well.

Biggest headache is the clock, still can't figure out how to set it,it keeps going back to am, even when you pressed pm!

Customer support at Samsung was terrible, but Best Buy support was awesome. Now that the new one is working right, it seems great!

This model does not have smart things but i couldn't justify the $600+ price tag on the models with that feature.
