We already had an over-the-counter microwave, and we liked its performance. After purchasing this at Best Buy, we waited almost a full month to have it installed (supply chain issue; I get it). We were told that the special sensors made this one exceptional. What a disappointment! It does not nearly heat up food as well as our old one. Heating a cup of coffee takes 75, instead of 60, seconds. Other foods don't heat up evenly. Finally, the touch sensors on the panel don't work well. Not happy.

The drawback is that the control pad is not backlit at all and is very hard to see unless you have light directly on it. Also the black interior makes it hard to see food as it is being cooked, ie water boiling. Love the snugness and no creakiness.
