My wife and I have now had this unit for some time now and just wanted to post a review. It is definitively the best microwave I have owned in my lifetime. Essentially in every way. We were replacing our previous unit that came with our house, so installation was pretty simple. We actually where able to use the back wall bracket that our previous unit used. The only thing I had to do was drill holes in the cabinet above as the points where this one attached and the previously one did, didn't match up. Use and function? Basically like any other microwave that I've used. It has a LOT of options and settings - many of which we never use. I generally hit the +30 second button and go, lol. We get a lot of compliments on the look. It is a great looking unit for our kitchen. Top notch, and we are very pleased.

I've had the microwave for 3 years now. The only issue we had is the handle braking off, which was replaced by the warranty.

It was straightforward to install. We love the looks of The stainless steel Design. It’s working well! Yes it is hard to see the controls in the dark but guess what? I don’t use the microwave in the dark!! lol - I guess others do though.

Runs very quietly. The black stainless steel looks very smart. It is truly easy to white clean and I love the black interior.

This was a pretty affordable microwave. It manages to put out a decent amount of power while also staying relatively quiet. Installation and set up were pretty easy as well.

Love this nice big Microwave. Operates easily. Looks very nice over a black cooktop, but the Stainless Steel matches all the other Samsung appliances in our newly rebuilt kitchen. LOVE IT!

Had a previous generation Samsung microwave that lasted nine years we replaced with this one. Our older model had more controls and more power than this one, so I am learning to use the different controls on this one. Controls are easy to use. This one has less power, so I have had to adjust my cooking times slightly. Setting up the clock on the new one was more of a challenge. Old one had a “Clock” button on it. This one you have to press and hold the Power Level button for three seconds to bring up the clock.

The inside feels 30% bigger than my last microwave. Only annoyance is that it doesn’t have a quick start 30 second function. You still have to press start after hitting it. Otherwise, it has all the added features you’re looking for but a sleek exterior design. 

I'm generally happy with the cooking performance of this Samsung microwave. It heats evenly, and the sensor cooking works perfectly for things like popcorn and reheating leftovers. ​However, I've encountered a very frustrating issue with the digital clock display. The clock consistently falls behind the actual time. I have reset it to the correct time at least four times in the last year, and each time, within a matter of days, it loses anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. It's a real annoyance to have an appliance that can't reliably display the correct time, forcing us to use a separate clock in the kitchen. ​For anyone who relies on their microwave's clock as a kitchen timepiece, be aware of this flaw. If you only care about cooking performance, this is a powerful and reliable unit. I hope Samsung addresses this digital timing glitch in future models.

Nice looking inexpensive over the range microwave by Samsung. Mounting was very straightforward especially as it used the same wall mounting plate as my 8 year old Samsung. Has multiple fan speeds on the filter so a fairly quiet setting can be selected for general stovetop use. Large turntable is a nice feature too. It’s slightly quieter than my old one when in use and doesn’t disrupt conversation in the kitchen. It has an eco mode that turns off the display completely - not a big deal but I like it. Only negative is that the door doesn’t line up perfectly with the edge of the surrounding trip but only noticeable if you get up close.

Freed up much needed counter space. Much larger but slightly less powerful than older high end 1250w that was replaced. Minimal difference in cooking time. The exhaust fan is a great addition and it's quite effective even without venting outside. Installation took a little time but was much easier than expected.

Works like a charm. This model replaces a previous Samsung microwave oven, it was a change from white to stainless steel. Like its predecessor, this model works great without a hitch. The controls are a bit different but still a Samsung. Initial set-up was easy except for switching to military time, I wish the explanations were better. The different settings work great and the sensor makes heating up easier and safer. Happy with my purchase.

Easy to use large microwave. All microwaves should be made of the same material this one has. Spills wipe off very easy and stays clean. Replaced it with old Samsung that only lasted 6 years. I hope this lasts longer. Stainless steel matched other appliances. The ONLY reason for buying Samsung was it matched appliances. Door slams easy.

This washer is great. Easy to use. The best feature is the built in sink. I gave it 5 stars it washed the best of all my washers over the years and holds the smell of my fabric softener. Quiet vibration. If I could rate the delivery service, and then Geek Squad response after calling more then 10 times it would be (0) zero. My washer came way after 2 weeks of purchase was promised in 3 days. mixed up order, delivered then did not bring it into the house. they missed 2 promised delivery days. rude customer service, no remorse. Had dirty clothes piled for 2 weeks. Would recommend washer. Not Best Buy customer service or delivery

The size, controls and function are out of this world... Very quiet, well built to last... We LOVE this microwave, no joke... BTW it was a breeze to install, that is if you properly measure all mounting points. I did not use the template, have never had success with paper templates. I would suggest to the manufacture to enclose a sturdy card or poster board like template. I am a mechanical engineer and from experience, the paper is a waste of time. The average consumer would prefer to be treated as a consumer not an engineer (measuring & calculating just to mount a microwave) Simplicity is the word of the day.

It’s a very nice microwave for the price point. I love the ceramic interior, it’s much easier to clean. Basic microwave functions and easy to use.
