    First one had a bad mounting nut. Installers were unable to mount the microwave because of it. Second one sounded like the Goodyear Blimp taking off under full power. Third one works like a champ!

    We purchased this to replace our Samsung microwave that finally died. This one is more powerful and cooks quickly and evenly. The installation was easy because the mounts were the same as the old one.

    Doesn’t have light on the inside! Easy to hook up, but doesn’t have any place to put a light bulb on the inside. Can’t see the food as it’s cooking. Just an annoyance.
