Worked great till it didnt. I bought in 2020 and also purchased the three-year warranty. It went out four years later.

MICROWAVE IS QUITER THAN MY PREVIOUS SAMSUNG MICROWAVE. WAS ABLE TO USE PREVIOUS BRACKET AS WELL. FUNCTION GREAT, SO WAS PRICE.

Solid purchase so far but have only had it a few months. Easy to install but make sure you measure the depth as we needed to add a buffer block to allow it to come out far enough for the door to open. As far as function, works fine. Heating is a little uneven towards the bottom so you may need to add a few extra seconds to whatever your hearing heating up. Otherwise easy to use, looks great.

This is a nice product. I like the looks of the stainless and black, very clean. The porcelain inside is easy to clean. The presets on the inside are very helpful and easy to use. The key pad on the outside has many features that I use on a regular basis. Very pleased.

Good value but a few missing features prevent a 5 star review. One of the biggest missing feature is having a one-touch start for 1 through 5 minutes by pressing the 1 through 5 buttons. Other microwaves in this price range will automatically start a 1 minute cook when you press the 1 key, or 2 minute cook by pressing the 2 key etc. Other than that, it's pretty easy to install and the operation is straightforward.

This Samsung microwave is new and sleek looking. It has more features than our old one. Been great and easy to use.

So far we love this microwave. I bought a Maytag in 2017 and the LCD screen went out. While the microwave still worked we couldn't see the time. We shopped around for a new one and the rest of our appliances are Samsung so we looked at this one. The price was really affordable and it was fairly easy to install ( w/ 2 people). I do wish these companies would have universal brackets holding them up because our wall is behind the microwave is starting to look like swiss cheese so hopefully this will be our last one !

We chose this model Samsung to replace our 12 year old unit that had given up the ghost. This microwave works quite well, is pretty quiet, as was easy to install. If you haven't tried to install one of these on your own, search for a video on YouTube for step by step instructions. It really is pretty easy - but be sure that you have a helper. You need about 4 hands to hang it up. We also moved the stove out from under it so that, just in case we dropped a tool we wouldn't damage the glass top.

Installation was easy, although the directions didn't exactly match the microwave. Don't try to do it alone. While not heavy, it's bulky in the sense you might not be able to keep it steady and aligned by yourself while making the connections. Great features, beautiful in and out. Even has an ECO feature to turn off that pesky blue lighted panel. I doubt it's saving much energy! Perfect match to the refrigerator and convection oven I already had. Best Buy employees ordered and received it quickly. They price matched a big box hardware store.

This unit is very quiet & easy to use. Doesn't have a bunch of complicated buttons. Practical & easy to install. Installation took about 30 minutes.

Microwave is quiet and works really well. Needed to purchase this to replace an older unit, which must have been bad for awhile. This unit works amazing! Was easy to install, overall great for the price. Would buy again if I needed another.

The microwave is very spacious and easy to clean. Works great and easy install.

I miss my automatic quick settings. For example: I have to press start even with the 30 sec, preset. The Stainless and the glass are not as easy to keep clean as you would like over a cooktop. Also, it is almost two inches deeper than the microwave we replaced with it. This causes a bit of an issue only BECAUSE it is over the cooktop. I am only five feet tall and I hit my head when I am reaching for the back burners on the cooktop. I like the interior (dark-blue with white speckles) and the cooking times are spot on. Overall, my only issues are cosmetic.

Love this Microwave. Easiest to clean we ever had.....inside and out. The fingerprint resistance really works. The programs also work better than on any other one we had before. Popcorn for instance comes out absolutely great with the popcorn button. The sensor is just awesome. The whole family loves this microwave. I can highly recommend this microwave.

We purchased the Samsung set to complete our appliances. Although the size is big, it is not powerful enough to to warm up or heat the cold items per our desired warmth. Samsung could have added more power to this microwave. We are less happy with this product than other appliances. Let’s see how long this one last. This will be our third microwave in last 15 years.

The microwave was a gift for my daughter and her husband. They loved it. It has all the features they needed and they loved the look of it.
