    unreliable. already had the Jumbotron replaced within 14 months.. fought had with Samsung before they agreed to cover labor as well. This is my second one in 36 months. the other died within 18 months

    Disappointed, took a half hour to set the clock! My microwave included a manual, unfortunately it wasn't for my model. Very annoying. Perhaps Samsung should increase the quality control. Google saved me in the end. 2nd disappointment, i haven't found the one touch cook that my previous microwave had. The positive is this microwave seems to work and has a powerful vent fan. And I was able to download a pdf of the manual.

    I love the microwave. However, after a little over a year of use, the popcorn and power level features no longer function. In addition, the time can not be set. A big disappointment!

    Was disappointed that this microwave didn't have more features. didn't seem to heat as well as I expected. Does look nice though.

    WORST MICROWAVE

    This microwave was purchased and installed on Aug 17 2021. We barely used it to for a couple of weeks and one fine day , when I was heating something, it stopped working /not heating the food. At that point, I did a lot of troubleshooting and finally tried the age old method of unplugging the system and turning it on after a couple of hours. It started working then. But this problem repeated again after 2 months. I repeated the same fix and it worked again. Now after 5 months, it has happened again. And this time , no matter what I do , the food won't heat. The display is on and the microwave seems functional except that it won't heat the food. I have lodged a ticket with Samsung more than a week back and they scheduled an appointment with a local agency to look at it. The agency then has cancelled the appointment stating that the parts that might be needed to replace are not available yet and it might take longer. I have a family with 2 kids and it has been painful without a microwave. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the product and the service.

    First one cami in broken from the manufacturer, so it couldn’t be mounted. The new one came in and works like a dream.

    Microwave Oven is a great looking, has amazing fixtures, but unfortunately the package that came with is not so great. My microwave oven suffer a broken roller fan due to the fact of poor packaging I discovered after it was delivered. I address that issue with Best Buy and the manufacture with any respond. For that I rated only 3 stars.

    I don't know if it was this microwave with all the bells and whistles or there was a issue with it before was a open box, tried it out when we mounted it it worked Thanksgiving day tried to heat up some food nothing would not warm up food, could not change power level ,back to best buy it went, picked up a basic model works fine, best buy is the best no hassle exchange.

    I had it for under a month and it stopped functioning. Would stop dying heating and the clock would reset. Now looking to replace it.

    Samsung service is horrible as well. Took 5 days for them to figure out there was no service provider in my area even though I live in an area with 400,000 other people. So in the past 2 years I’ve had a Samsung microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher that have all had a catastrophic failure. Samsung should stick to TV’s and exit the appliance business. And I’m still waiting on a replacement microwave. If Samsung can drag it out a few more days it will equal the total time the new microwave actually worked.

    Worked for only 2 year. Unit transformer sparking during operation making it unusable. The repair cost more than purchase of new microwave. Replaced this with Whirlpool microwave.
