Was overheating when not in use. Was so hot on the bottom it would blister your skin when you touched it. I am surprised it didn't catch my house on fire. And Samsung customer service, forget about it. I do not recommend this microwave unless you want to burn your house down.

Yesterday it stopped working. We loved it before that happened. I've had many microwaves over the years and never had one quit working. They all lasted for years and only replaced them if i was upgrading or needing a different size. We are very disappointed that this one only lasted 2 years and cost us over 400.00. I would be cautious using samsung products. They don't seem to last. We had to replace a 3 year old washer and repair our 3 year old dryer twice now. I am now worried about how long my stove, dishwasher and refrigerator will last.

It was a Samsung over the range microwave it was in the box when we received it in our home it was bent on both sides, bent in the front. The gentleman told me to come and look at it, and when I looked at it, I was shocked. I end up going to Lowe’s to buy me a nice beautiful microwave. It was over the range microwave.
