We were unhappy with the microwave from the beginning, primarily because you had to press very hard to make the buttons work and you can't use the timer and heat food at the same time. Within three months, it stopped working - it would make noise like it was heating and rotate the turntable, but the food was still cold. After I requested service on the Samsung website, they texted me that I need to call a phone number to confirm the appointment. I had to call twice and wait on hold over an hour just to confirm what I already entered on the website. After the repair, the microwave worked but the cover was now warped so that it bulged in places and looked very unsightly.

Easy to clean. Good fan. Not too noisy. So far so good.

Works great. Has all the required features and settings for heating, defrosting even baking and microwave cooking . There is small instruction pamphlet stuck on the door for easy acccess on how to change any settings. Love this

Heats and senses well, very nice looking, large cooking capacity, and was easy to install. It is noisy closing door , but cooking is relatively quiet. The exhaust fan only works on 2 when micro is cooking, but my old one didn’t work at all when cooking. Keyboard not lit in dark so impossible to see touch pad in dark. Overall very pleased with microwave. 4 speed fan exhausts steam very well.

Our first Samsung, it is replacing our Whirlpool. Very similar, but like it better. Love the blue interior. Not giving it 5 stars as it is Loud.

My husband installed without too much hassle. Door closes pretty smoothly, the reheat function works great. My whole house is being taken over by Samsung, 75inch TV, phone, tablet, washing machine & Dryer and now microwave. @samsung just need a new gas stove and refrigerator please!!! Super happy with all.

I have had this microwave for less than 3 years and it has stopped working. At first, we were able to hold the door and it would run. Now, it will not run at all. This was purchased as part of a complete kitchen replacement set. I have always been happy with Samsung products, but I am disappointed in the performance of this. Is this the shelf life for appliances now?

After only owning this microwave for 2.5 years, a piece of plastic on the inside of the door broke, so it won't latch shut. The replacement part is $215 (and that's without tax and shipping) so we're going to be buying a different one. Also, some things that were super annoying about this microwave: No interior light. Really quiet beep when done. Can't cook and use the timer at the same time.

Great product! So far it’s serving the purpose for our replacement Samsung microwave. Although our other one seemed to have a few extra features!

So far after a month everything is OK only dislike so far is microwave fan speed only seems to go one speed Need to update lights to LED's not those Warm lights.

I have not installed it yet but based on what I saw in the stores and other reviews I have read, it is a well-made product that works well

We like this model. The door broke, so we decided to get another just like it. We have been happy with this model microwave and hoping it lasts a few years.

For 11 years, I had a countertop microwave by Panasonic that was SO much more powerful and versatile than this thing. I wanted to save counter space so “upgraded” to this and man, do I regret it. Example of how underpowered it is: reheating a bowl of cooked oatmeal for a full minute at 100 percent power, it comes out luke-warm. Thawing a dish that I used to do at 50 percent power on the old Panasonic countertop, requires 3 times as long at 100 percent power.

I bought this microwave in June 2021 and lasted only 2 1/2 yrs. Horrible quality and my previous GE microwave lasted 15yrs before I needed to replace. I don’t believe I would buy Samsung again and the only reason I settled for this was due to then pandemic and was the only one I found in stock and didn’t need to wait months to get. It’s now making a weird buzzing/ sparks sound when I close the door and the plate gets super hot (talk about fire hazard) . Unfortunately, 2 yrs later Now I’m on the hunt to buy a new microwave Horrible I would never recommend this product to anyone especially with the potential fire hazard.

Great microwave! This microwave works really well. It was a great replacement for the previous one we had that died.

We had a good transaction buying this item. We had good success mounting it. The unit performs well so far.
