Good microwave, easy to install. Have 4 speed fan, lights for the stove, and comes with filters.

Fits well with black or white decor; took a little getting used to a dark interior for a microwave but now I love it; no backlighting on the control panel though so have to have light on to use it in dark; best value for $

We had this product so we wanted something similar and this works for us perfectly.

Went out after 2 years. I barely use the microwave since most of the time I pop stuff in the air fryer. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing. Looks like it’s in perfect condition but doesn’t heat anything.

One star out because it doesn't work when Kitchen Timer is set which is a big and major downgrade from 15 yrs old GE microwave. Another star is out because the door is not aligned. Another star is out, maybe due to misaligned door, as we shut or open the door, it turns on briefly and occasionally. Installation went with no problem, instructions and hardware are supplied. Instruction for the installation of the charcoal filter is not accurate as it shows a different model on the manual. I had to youtube it to install it. It looks OK, hopefully lasts too.

overall this is a good unit. The construction is a OK, not great.

Bought this in 2020. Has good features, good volume and looks good in the kitchen. About a year later the door latch stopped working. They have 1/8in of plastic holding heavy 2in spring. The parts that broke are part of the door itself and you have to replace the whole door for nearly the price of a new oven. Ended up fixing with some superglue and soda to reinforce the thin plastic. Come to 2023 magnetron is dead, replaced magnetron, new magnetron was a reasonable price so it was replaced. Today Aug 2024, another part of the door latch broke. This time it's the upper guide of the latch, same 1/8in plastic piece. Glued it, but I'd probably not going to hold. Prior to this I had GE oven from the mid 90s, it lasted almost 30 years, it was made in South Korea and had Samsung magnetron in it. I really though that this Samsung model woul be close, but it's not good quality. If they re-engineer the door latch, I would give it more start.
