very good, quiet and powerful, easy to install too!

This one replaced a 20 year old microwave. It's quiet, looks really sharp and wasn't crazy difficult to install. It was actually harder getting the old one out!

The buttons are kind of hard to press and the lack of quick minutes are what dropped a star for me. Quick minutes are like, you can hit 1, 2, 3... to instantly heat something up for X minutes instead of having to type in how long you want. Other then that I love it. It has a bunch of space and heats things up great. I installed it myself and it’s pretty straight forward.

So far so good. This is a nice sized over the range microwave over. I luv that its fingerprint resistant. It is paired nicely with my samsung range.

Right size, right price, quick availability! Love my microwave and so glad I was able to purchase the full kitchen set.

My husband was able to install this himself, with the help of my son. It works great and looks great. I couldn't ask for more.

I bought this microwave after my super hero daughter (she’s 2) ripped the door off the front of the one that came with the house. This is an upgrade for us. I believe the wattage does play a good part in evenly cooking the food. It has a good space internally to fit larger plates for warming/heating. The directions on install were easy to understand and I was happy with how easy of a replacement it was. In my opinion it’s a decently priced model with features that don’t wow but they do absolutely work.

The product is excellent -- had many features I liked - large rotating plate and the ability to turn off the rotation for oblong dishes. However, I had it installed next to a wall on the left and was unable to open the door. I believe the salesman should have been aware of this and definitely the installer - who completed the installation before determining that the door could not open. He would no take it out, but left it for me to handle with Customer Care (who did not understand my problem at all. I had to replace it with a different brand.

had to replace old broken unit, this one is working great do recommend help putting it up, i like it myself but tool longer.

Microwave works like a charm. Love the many features; we use our microwave for just about everything so we use a good chunk of them. The eco feature is great too. You wouldn't think about something like that but gives a little peace of mind when we're out of town that the microwave isn't drumming up unnecessary charges. Would recommend to anyone! Also had installation performed through Best Buy's Geek Squad. Installer was kind, courteous, and professional. He was in and out in about 45 minutes. Couldn't have been easier!

Great price and easy to clean. Sensor is awesome. Seems to know how not to overcook. Installation was a little tricky, even for a avid DIY’er.

I purchased it to replace my old GE microwave. I was looking for an efficient vent fan that would remove the smells of our cooking. This microwave does that which is good. In addition to that the other features of microwave are good as well . I have been using close to a month now I don’t see any smudges from the fingerprints like I see for the stainless steel appliances. Overall a good microwave!

Great size, heats items well. Love the three setting for ventilation, slightly loud, but that’s expected. The kitchen timer on it has been one of my favorite features. We’ve had it almost a month, so far no complaints. The only thing I don’t care for is setting the clock itself, no button that says clock. you have to hold the power level button for three seconds, put in time push power level again, choose am/pm, then push start and the clock is set. That’s not in the directions, it shows a clock set button (We you tubed it).

I love this microwave! It’s so easy to use and it’s the perfect size for any dish in your kitchen. The fan is great and the finish is just beautiful.

We ordered the microwave a few months ago after our 13 year old Jenn Air failed. We conducted a lot of on line research and went to a store late one evening to look at it. We decided to purchase the Samsung unit. It was installed by Best Buy and the did a great job. We unit looks great and works superbly. We want anyone who buys this unit that they need to call Samsung to obtain a comprehensive operating manual. The instructions that accompany the microwave are inadequate. The comprehensive instructions are clear and thorough.
