Looks and works fine, installed easily and easy to operate

Very happy with microwave. Great size, runs quieter than old one. Only negative was install, template included didn't help much.

PERFECT size and easy to clean inside. The outside stays smudge free longer.

My product came already opened with some damage to the top of the unit. The damage to the top wasn’t going to be seen once installed so I didn’t take it back immediately. However, after getting the product all the way out of the box I noticed there were missing instructions. Additionally, the back bracket for the unit was not included. I was able to use the bracket from my previous microwave with some cutting of the metal to make it fit. Only due to the fact that I was able to make due with what we had that this product was not returned. I’m satisfied with the microwave itself but was not happy with the way it came to me with some damage, missing parts and instructions.

I had a Samsung over the range microwave, this one replaced an eleven year old micro. We have been happy with this one. One strange thing is no “clock” button. Our power went off and it was a strange reset. I had to YouTube it.

Get this microwave, nice and big, plus fingerprint resistant. No issues so far with it.

So far, so good. Easy to use, easy to read display. When it’s working, it’s great; however, this is my 3rd Samsung microwave in 8 years. Using the law of averages, the life span isn’t that great. All of my other appliances are Samsung and I’d like to keep them all matching, so here we go again.

I purchased the Samsumg OTR Microwave to replace an awful Samsung OTR one. The previous one kept failing. I have never had a microwave fail and I did not take out an extended warranty on it. Big mistake. Samsung does not make good appliances. I only purchased this replacement because I could not find any available other than Samsung. So far, it is working well. Time will tell.

I love the microwave. I love the fan feature. I love the inside. Easy to clean and always looks clean. Warms up quickly.

Love the design. Works very well. Vents out over the range. Replaced a range hood and am thrilled with the improvement this made to the kitchen.

Love this microwave it matches my kitchen. The inside is ceramic very sturdy lots of functions. The light underneath also has a nightlight. Very quiet.

Heats up just perfectly. Easy use for my kids. Surprisingly it holds up to being fingerprint resistant.

Excellent microwave with great features and easy to clean interior. We like the lighting and now want to change the oven to match. Easy clean finish and does not show prints. Also like the multi speed fan. Be advised that microwave sizes have changed so if you are replacing an old one, even only a few years old like we were, you may have difficulty if you have a backsplash that extends to the bottom. The only options we could find were slightly taller than the old sizes or much shorter (low profile)

If you want hot hot food. This is the microwave to get, Very easy to install i did it myself. Love it and it looks amazing in my kitchen!
