I like the features for warming and reheating, and how it is spacious inside. It is convenient to add extra heating time with one button. Appearance wise, I like how it fits so well as a built in and the blue inside is very nice

Lots of useful features makes this a versatile addition to the kitchen. It also matches my new Samsung range. Best Buy had it in stock at a good price and delivery was fast. My wife and I are happy with our purchase.

Exhaust fan with multiple speed features & the ability to direct outside or recirculate inside. Cut out teplate included for easy install. Looks really great & simple to keep clean, interior and exterior. Happy with purchase. We put this in our RV after our original OTR microwave went out.

It’s loud when it’s cooking. The fan drops from 4 speed to 2 when you turn it on which can be annoying when cooking under it. The timer beeps once then stops. So if you’re using the timer and don’t hear it, well you missed it.
