Price was good for value. No issues with microwave so far and had it for a few months now. Very pleased with the product.

It's a good, generic microwave. The cooking is just fine. My only complaint is that the clock is slow and loses time over a couple weeks, then must be reset. It's strange how a 40 year old digital clock radio can keep better time than a brand new microwave. If that doesn't bother you, then you will probably like it.

We landed on this microwave because it had a good balance of the features that were important to us at a reasonable price. Of course, what will be important is the longer-term reliability, which is too soon to comment on.

Our previous microwave was an LG. We were unable to replace with another LG because we wanted white which LG didn't have. This one does not have as many features regarding how long to cook various items. Also the LG had two timers and was able to time something in the microwave and oven at the same time. There was more cooking information in the booklet for the LG. This one has minimal info on the door. It looks nice, and maybe I will be happier after getting past the learning curve.

Microwave selection was helped by knowledgeable salesman. Installation was done by competent and pleasant people. Microwave has so far worked to expectations and is easy to use once you get over the for lack of details in the very thin instruction manual. All in all, an excellent transaction.

Solid Microwave, good amount of room inside. The dark interior takes a little getting used to as it is harder to see items inside. Very similar in function to the Whirlpool model I replaced it with, I hope it last as long!

Looks beautiful, great microwave Installation professional

I previously owned an almost identical looking Samsung Microwave. I got years of service out it, but recently it began to have some issues with some of the door switches. Being an older machine I decided to replace it rather than fix it. Boy was I surprised, after I actually installed it and tried to set the time on it. They completely changed the interface. While most of the buttons looked very much like to old machines, they (Samsung) overloaded many of the lesser used functions. Now, instead of a dedicated "Clock" button you have no clue, without going online and finding the instructions because they no longer provide a detailed owner's manual. As far as "regular" features, it is similar to the older version, but if you plan on doing anything other than plunking in a cooking time and hitting "Start" be prepared for a bit of frustration. They do provide a sticker on the inside of the machine that details some of the functions but I'm sure over time that will fade or wear away from cleaning and I'll be back to trying to find the information on Samsung's website. In all fairness, I will say that the machine cooks, reheats and performs as well as the previous generation. It just that they unnecessarily complicated the user interface to save a few bucks on manufacturing costs. I would recommend anyone interested in buying this machine to check out the competition and see what they have to offer. If I had realized what I was getting before I bought it I probably would have opted for a different brand with a more intuitive interface.

My 15 yr old GE finally bit the dust so i decided on this Samsung to match the black stainless Samsung refridgerator I purchased in 2020... Excellent service from Best Buy as always... It was a breeze to install and has more features than a few other brands in the same price range...Very happy with this microwave purchase.

This is an intuitively easy MW to use. Works very well, and I appreciate the good lighting for range below and the multi-speed exhaust fan. A good buy.
