Since I bought products before my kitchen cabinets were in, it wasn’t installed within the 15 day return period, so I am stuck with the dents. Otherwise, it operates fine.

Our previous Samsung, of which this model is the replacement for, was able to perform both functions simultaneously. Not sure why the change, this is a minor annoyance, overall, we are pleased. the porcelain interior is a nice upgrade, and this may be why the cook light looks dim since the microwave interiors are normally white.

We came straight over after purchasing Kit Kat waffle cones ice creams and shared our sweets with them . The surprised look on their faces were surprised & at 1st they weren't sure how to respond. Setting the time very weird, had to look for instructions for a long time. Now unable to adjust the clock. Fan quite noisy. Also position of the rotating glass plate awkward.

Best Buy employee was very helpful in pointing me to the exact unit which had a similar handle to the range. Very happy with the unit so far. Installation instructions were clear. The unit is easy to use (without too many unnecessary buttons) and heats up food well.

It looks nice and performs well. It has a "sensor" that detects (I guess) what's in the microwave and adjusts the time to heat accordingly. I find this takes a long time, and isn't a big deal for me, but I can see why it has some appeal. My only real knock on it isn't about the microwave itself, but the one we received had a scratch and small dent. We still don't have a replacement. But that's probably a one off issue I'm dealing with.

Installation was easy enough that i could do it with some help from my brother. Definitely a two man job. One to hold it upright while the other screws it in. Gotta press the keys a lil harder than others though.
