Have only been using the microwave a few weeks. Easy to use, works well, looks great above our stove. The forward placement of the light underneath allows most of your stovetop to be illuminated, not just the very back panel. This microwave is just what we were looking for.

Works great i highly recommend it easy to use and clean

First thing is kudos to my installers. The geek squad people sent out were amazing. This is a nice affordable microwave with all the features you would expect. It took a little while for it to be delivered but given the situation we completely understood.

Been using this microwave for over 3 months and it is excellent. Heats up food really well. The kids enjoy the popcorn option as the microwave has a sensor to detect how long to cook the bag. So no worries and it cooks the bag perfectly. Easy to clean and template for mounting worked great.

I love the microwave and it was super easy to install. However 18 months later the handle broke off and the replacement part is almost as much as just buying a new one! That is ridiculous. The ast microwave I had last 10 years, this hasnt even been installed for 2 years and does not get used on a daily basis.

We needed to replace our over-the-range microwave and after considerable research, we selected this microwave. We have not been disappointed. The vent works well and installation was quick and fast. There's no complaints for us and we're extremely happy with this choice.

Microwave is attractive and efficient. They say it is finger print resistant but I'm not sold on that...stainless always needs a lot of cleaning and this microwave is no different.

This microwave was on backorder when we purchased it, but it was worth the wait. It perfectly matches our range. I love this unit with all the functions, and in full disclosure have not figured out all of them yet but am excited to learn. This was a great price point as well for this type of unit.

This microwave replaced my 21yoa one. It works really good. I still learning how to use it, since my old one was very basic. It blends in nicely with my kitchen.

I love the color inside this microwave. Very pleased to see it was dark gray. Very easy to clean. Much better than white.

I bought this as a set with my Samsung Gas cooker and I am liking it everyday

microwave was very easy to install and and very easy to use. I'm giving this review 4 stars because i wish the under head lights were LED, but these can be swapped out with LED bulbs in the future.

It does the job but I wish I still had my Kitchen Aid. I liked it much better. It’s really weird to set to clock on the one and a few other little quirky things.

The product in question being the microwave is working wonderfully and i would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to have an over the range microwave

I needed to replace my old over-the-range Samsung microwave and was so glad that this was on sale. I checked Home Depot and it was the same price but they did not have one in stock. I needed it immediately and was pleased that Best Buy had one in stock.

Looks great, works just as expected. The touch pad requires a bit more pressure than you expect and the exhaust fan is horribly loud when on high. In fairness I don’t know many that aren’t, but this is loud enough we don’t really want to use the exhaust fan on high. I think this one falls into, we bought it at the price point and we understood what we would get. It will meet your expectations, it won’t wow you or exceed them. Solid, exactly what you expect.

We purchased this microwave to replace a 15 year old LG unit. This Samsung microwave has exceeded all of our expectations. The sensor is completely accurate when cooking potatoes or popcorn. It is extremely quiet compared to my old microwave oven. I highly highly recommend it.
