Great product. Although wish it had preset minutes. Easy to set up

I love the look of this Microwave. However, my only complaint is the clock situation. I had to google setting the clock after a power surge.

We've had this for just a few hours, so this review is about the purchase and installation process. I ordered it a couple days before Christmas, curbside pickup from the nearest store. Unboxed it: it was damaged. Looks like a fork lift ran into it, a corner was bashed in and there was a corresponding five inch or so long hole in the cardboard. Returned it and asked for another one. I was given a refund instead, and when I asked if I couldn't get a new one, she said sure, but I'll have to do the order again. One result of that was that the $5 off coupon I had used the first time around was wasted; I paid $5 more the second time. Ok, that's not big, but it's annoying. Then I found out they didn't have any more in stock in that store, so she ordered it for me with curbside pickup from another store. She assured me they would email me when it was ready, and maybe text me as well. They did not. Christmas came and went, and still no microwave. So I went on-line, discovered I had an account, and that my purchase had been awaiting pickup for three days and would be canceled in another two if I didn't do something. So I went and picked it up. I should say that curbside pickup was great both times--no complaint there. Got it home and read through the instructions. I think of myself as fairly handy, but at least one part of the installation instructions was clearly for a different microwave. The picture shows you removing some kind of a grill above the door to install the carbon filter (used if you don't have a vent duct). Likewise, the user instructions say "The charcoal odor filter is behind the vent grille at the top front of the microwave oven." As you can see from the pictures, there is no such grill. I'm mystified as to where this carbon filter is. The microwave is now installed and seems to be working well. I was a little surprised that the interior is a mottled gray; I've never seen a microwave that wasn't white on the inside, which makes it easier to see what you're doing when you're cleaning it. Maybe we'll get used to that.

Large! Will handle most any casserole dish! Heating a cup of coffee, takes learning the control handle.

This microwave is wonderful, 1.9 cu. ft. is plenty of room for most anything, definitely recommend this one!

Bigger than our previous microwave. It seems to work fine. Installers were very professional and got it done fast!

Bought this microwave for my brother and it works so much better than his last one. Great microwave!

I haven't used all the features on this new microwave but so far it has performed very well and I really like the inside as it is easy to clean. I like all the features I've used. The four speed fan is very nice to use and it cooks very well. I've no complaints in using it.

Its a great looking microwave with ok quality, charcoal filter is confusing and not clear instruction to install, my door is not aligned. But they are coming to check it out. Overall not bad

Good product. However, door is not even when closed. Can't find a way to correct it. One negative so far, keypad does not illuminate, so you can't read the keypad.

I have had great success with Samsung products and this microwave is no exception! My stove crapped the bed after 17 years and even though I didn’t need a new microwave, I got one to match the new stove. Glad I did! Super easy to use and very functional!

This microwave does good and is better than the one that it replaced. It has amfew more features than the old Samsung microwave we had.

This article is great. I haven't used it yet, but it's super big and fits a turkey.

Our son moved into a new home and the previous microwave wasn't working. Replaced it with this one and it works wonderfully. Pretty easy to install as it was the same as previous so the bracket was already in place. Working well and son very happy!

Love the new microwave. It came with everything needed to install. the template helped a lot. Save it incase you need to refresh the kitchen or relocate it. The fingerprint resistant helps with it since it's Black Stainless Steel. Looks sharp in the kitchen.

Works great! Had a problem with a GE. Touch pad would not respond or was difficult to register. Very unreliable. Returned it! Samsung is perfect. Have never had a problem with a Samsung appliance.

Everything we needed in an above the stove microwave. The only thing lacking is a little more power to easily heat/cook large amount of food

Had to replace the builders microwave in my house that caught fire. This one worked great, we especially liked the blue interior as it doesn't show spills as much as the traditional white. This microwave does not have a metal rack, so know that before buying.
