This microwave is the upgrade to my prior one. However it doesn't allow me to use the timer and cook at the same time like my last one. otherwise it does the job and so far I am happy with it. The pre settings are easier to use too.

The Black stainless steel rover the range microwave looks awesome in my kitchen. The microwave comes with all the features I need and I always get what I pay for when it comes to Samsung. I am very satisfied with my purchase

Easy to install and operate. Plenty of functions for our needs and fits tight in with our decor.

So many things to like about this product. It is very quiet. It is spacious. It has a variety of snack settings, one is for nachos, another is for hot dogs, another for frozen cheese sticks, etc. So helpful. There are also a variety of setting for healthy foods, such as oatmeal. The light on my old microwave that lit up the stove only had one setting. This one has two. The vent fans have 4 speeds! And it looks good! I am very happy with it!!

This microwave is stylish and matches our stove perfectly! Love all of the features, and especially love the ceramic inside! Very classy!

Love this microwave. Works great and looks good too. My only problem is that you really have to push a little hard on the buttons.

IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I almost didn't buy it and i am so glad i did. The panel is not difficult to use and i dont have yo press hard to make it work. It works fast and very strong especially the vent. LOVE IT!!!!!

really like the look inside and out. many different settings and pre-sets. but I miss my express buttons (press 1 for 1 minute). You have to press 1 0 0 for 1 min, etc. First-world problems, I get it. But was confusing when I pressed 1 and cycle was done immed!

It's a good looking microwave with a large interior. It is easy to use with the exception of a quick start button.

We bought this microwave from the best buy outlet and it was giving me some problems at first where it would just shut off randomly, but that has stopped and I’m just hoping it doesn’t happen again!

GREAT REPLACEMENT FOR MY LG WHICH KONKED OUT THIS ONE WAS A LITTLE LARGER AND THE ADDED SPACE WAS WONDERFUL

The microwave has worked well in the month I've had it. However, when I downloaded the user manual on line I found some unexpected surprises. The directions say to let the oven cool for 5 minutes after each use. That is not helpful when you are reheating more than one item and want everything to be hot at the same time! So far I have not religiously done that without problems but long term I may be making problems for myself. Also, with this microwave you cannot both cook and use the timer at the same time. That was possible with the Whirlpool unit I replaced and I miss that functionality.

No problems replacing this over the range microwave. Fit like a glove and works like a charm. The installers were polite and wore their COVID masks.

I had the old model of this microwave it lasted for 12 years so we purchased this one it is pretty similar just the inside was a different color black and the size was just a bit bigger on the install. Overall a great product.

Our microwave crapped out on us at the beginning of quarantine while home with 4 college kids! Not good! I had a new microwave within an hour and pulled up to the curb and they loaded It in! Husband installed it and all were happy! Great microwave too!
