This microwave is worth its value, its very simple and easy to use. Just a bit troublesome on how to figure out to set up the clock. I ther then that its perfect.

Item works very good. I love it... easy to clean ,operate & reheats meats quickly. I mostly use it for reheating purposes so I have no complaints.

Great microwave. It looks good and it was easy to install. The magnetron did die on it however Samsung was very accommodating and professional and had it fixed within a few days.

It was fairly easy to install. Fit on our current bracket so that was great. Looks great and conrtols are easy to figure out. Defrosted some ground beef and worked great with even thawing, no hot spots.

Very nice, I love it but I wouldn't say it's fingerprint resistant. I wipe prints from the front/door daily! Super easy to use. I still can't get the cloak set right and I've been through the book 2 times for help and found nothing.

Works really well. I wish it had an add 30 seconds button like my last one though. I could do without the fingerprints also.

New microwave can be cleaned easily. It provides quick & easy preparation for variety of items. We like the multi speed fan choices for vent and light is effective as night light or cooking aide! Very good choice!

Purchased to free up counter space our older microwave occupied. Unit has functioned quite well although it ended up being mounted a little too high for my shorter wife. It was once necessary to dismount it and unfortunately the rear right internal screw plate detached within the unit. So it was remounted with just one top screw holding it on its left and a right dummy screw helping prevent tip over. (Tip over cannot readily occur as unit's weight sits on a retainer plate screwed to wall and top is flush against cabinet bottom.)

Love the black stainless,, went up fairly easy. Will definitely have to come back and up date.

Nivce looking and easy to use.....has the features we wanted

I needed a quick replacement for my broken microwave & this was similar in function to my last one. the better improvement to me was the ALL DONE signal didn't keep dinging till i turned it off. 4 beeps to let you know it was done then only ONCE every 5 minutes after. Sounds a little frivolous maybe, but i love that feature. i can now leave the kitchen area to do other things without having to stay nearby to shut off that annoying persistent beep like my old microwave. All functions work well. It makes good popcorn , defrosts & reheats well.

We love our new microwave. Techs had it installed in no time and we were using it right after. As with a Samsung products, it works perfectly.
