Overall the microwave does the job. But some features I miss from my GE microwave: 1. express time cook missing. Doesn't have express cook , so every time I have to put in the time. 2. Buttons are hard to press. 3. Changing the settings is not trivial. 4. The build quality is not great, feels plastic.

There was an error code stating ‘door’. Quickly evident the latching mechanism is faulty. Online research shows Samsung has a problem with this. The replacement works but we feel it cooks at 90% of our previous microwave. Also annoying you can’t cook and use the kitchen timer at the same time. It only can have a single running clock. Which constantly poses problems for us.
