My husband and I installed this microwave and it wasn’t horrible to install. As of right now my only complaint is the stupid little bit of instructions they give with the new product. After install we were trying to set the clock and going by the instructions it wasn’t working. So my husband looked it up on google and the instructions he found were completely different than the instructions that came with the product. He went and tried to set the clock with the instructions he found and it worked perfectly.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am VERY UNHAPPY with this microwave. It supposed to be fingerprint resistant, but it is NOT. We did not even use it yet and it looks like it was in use for a week. The quality of the display is questionable too. I am afraid that after a few months of use it will crack. When you turn fan on at the highest speed #4, the whole kitchen shakes, at #3 it is not much better…., even at #2, we had to raise voices just to hear each other. Speed #1 is not as noisy, but it does not pull much air out. The instructions that came with this appliance were incorrect. It said to “Use Control Setup to change mode”, the kicker is that there is NO Control Setup button. I had to google for instructions on how to change time. But the biggest concern I have is that the door NOT aligned. It looks AWFUL!!!! -see picture--

Samsung is a nice microwave

Microwave also seems to work very well and looks good too.

Only thing there’s no manual and took a minute to figure out how to set clock just hold down the clock on the power level and boom time
