Installed by Best Buy and was a smooth installation. Not as hard to set time as others have noted. Cooks evenly and ready quickly. Love my new microwave.

I purchased this one because I could use the old bracket. Easy to reinstall great features and the fingerprint resistance is wonderful.

The space inside is much larger than my old one that was the same size on the outside. I am able to fit large dishes in it. It’s easy to use and easy to install.

The wall bracket was the same. I only wish the top screws were in the same location. There is minimal instructions on using the touch pad for heating and I am still doing a lot of trial and error. My previous Samsung was much more user friendly. But, this one does work once you figure out the controls.

The only concern raised by the family so far is that you are required to enter the minutes and seconds rather than defaulting to minutes as a shortcut. This is just something we need to get used to. We've used the presets for popcorn, warming pizza and baking sweet potatoes and they's all worked perfectly.
