    Love it so far. So far so good. A bit difficult to figure out how to set time and turn around off. Directions not clear, but once I figured it out it was fairly easy.

    After 17 years with the same microwave I was so excited about my new microwave in black stainless steel but only 3-4 months later it stopped heating. Luckily, Samsung covered the repair. He wasn’t sure exactly what the issue was but he took it apart and tighten everything. It’s working but now I’m afraid it will happen again. Using it is a little cumbersome.

    It’s simple microwave lot wattage. Nothing fancy, easy to use. I downgraded from high end kitchen because they were out of stock. But it works well no issues.

    There are no quick buttons for the number of minutes you want. Instead there are buttons to reheat various items or to use sensor cooking. I had a problem reheating a rotisserie chicken, but everything else has come out fine. Fan and light are much better than on the GE model we had.

    Very easy to install. I installed it myself and other than the weight, you can install it basically by yourself. Even changing the vent direction is easy.
