This is a replacement for the same model which would just automatically run when door was opened - the old one was 10 years old

This is an excellent easy to use upgrade. I read other reviews about the time being difficult to set but we didn’t have to mess with that thanks to the installation expert.

Great microwave for the price. Would be better to catch it on sale though.

We had the same microwave but from about 15 years ago, slowly some of her (as we call her sam because all the rest of her letters went missing and SAM was left) buttons stopped working we decided to retire SAM. When we got to best buy we found the brand new version of SAM and now she gets to live on hopefully for the next 15 years as well

First time installing an over the range microwave. The installation was very straightforward and easy with the manual. It works as advertised and looks great. Would reccomend

very nice product! love the features of this Samsung Microwave! large capacity oven, extra large turntable plate, multi speed blower, easy touch controls, and looks greta too. Installed it under cabinet ourselves using easy install directions.

Very nice microwave for the price. The only drawback is that we had to drive an hour to pick it up! It's too bad that everything is low quantities in the store.

Everything is working fine. Easy to operate so far.

I had purchased this a month ago when my old Amanda stopped. I really liked the looks of this range. I was limited to find one in white. This one was just right. It had all the bells and whistles it is large inside and works great. It runs much quieter and really heats fast. The interior is not like plastic and is very easy to clean. The only drawback is the touchscreen is hard for me to see. Could have used a back-lite to show the numbers and controls. Maybe it’s just me. I’m 76 and my eyes ain’t what they use to be. Very nice machine.

Really like this microwave! I changed it out from a different brand and love that it is finger print resistant. Cooks faster than my other brand. Highly recommend it

Stylish and attractive exterior design with porcelain interior, and powerful exhaust vent. Though we prefer a stainless interior and Electrolux or GE express one touch buttons for fast, convenient operation. This unit is somewhat difficult to depress control buttons, and is occasionally not responsive to touch. Popcorn sensor slightly burned popcorn but virtually cooked all kernels. Overall a very nice unit for the money, we hope its built to last.

Works very good. Has a ceramic interior which makes it easier to keep clean. Cooks and heats as it should. Also has a very nice fan and light which has a couple of settings.

Nice microwave, but could be a little stronger. It takes slightly longer to cook than my old GE unit.

I like the look of this microwave except that the door doesn't perfectly line up when its closed.

Microwaves in general are considerably more expensive than they were pre-COVID while offering less features. It works fine, just like a microwave should and it looks good installed. However, there is an annoying drawback. You cannot set the timer and run the microwave simultaneously. For me this a huge nuisance.

I love my over the range microwave! Very easy to operate and cleans up nicely.
