it fit in difficult space next t cupboards. Prevented need to redo cabinets

only one in stock that fit dimensions and almost right price Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. a nice selection and variety of units. Installation was unacceptable as would have had to wait three weeks to get it replaced. The manual in it was unacceptable and had to call Samsung. The inside print on the frame was very small and hard to read but how to use it was not in the manual

The looks and appeal of this microwave is great. Very easy to work, easy buttons. My favorite part is the ceramic interior, super easy to clean and no scratches!

I gave it a 4 star only since my old cheaper GE allowed you to choose and 1 and it came on for 1 min. New one makes you put in 100. Maybe sounds lazy but just a nice feature. Love the black stainless color and have had no problems

Powerful microwave. Lots of useful modes. Love it. More importantly to me is the auto-reheat. Great quality, value was great and love the ease of use.

Look nice shape of Samsung with large room to warm food

Nice solid unit, is to read settings. The clock was hard to set.

Took a little bit to get use to but once we understood everything on this microwave it does everything quick.

Other than the installation, this is a solid microwave with nice features.

The new unit arrived but the owners manual was not included, so I printed out a copy from the Samsung website. The interior is painted black and makes the interior very dark, hard to see inside when the unit is operating. One drawback. When using the single function buttons such as popcorn, potato, etc, Samsung recommends you wait 5 minutes after use before using the oven again.

Replaced our 7 year old over the range microwave with this Samsung one and absolutely loved it. Not only does it function wonderfully looks good as well.

So far had it a few months and works great! Easy to install.

It replaced a similar Samsung model we had that had stopped working. This unit works as expected. The only issue is an annoying bumping, popping sound from the turntable's drive system. Thank God it can be switched off. The older unit's turntable also had function issues as well. The landlord couldn't even tell it had been replaced. I still think Samsung should stick to phones and TV's.
