The buttons are very difficult to use and a lot of times you have to press really hard to get it to operate. The light bulbs burnt out in the first week. I just feel that for the price that we paid.It should have worked a lot better.

I have never run it all the way through because the food is done well before the countdown starts. Also buttons are very hard to press making me feel like I have to break it every time to use it and is annoying.

The one flaw (something I didn’t realize I had to look out for) is that the control panel does not light up. It’s our fault for having not read enough reviews , but who would design a microwave where the panel doesn’t light?! I never had to consider this feature before.

New one makes you put in 100. Maybe sounds lazy but just a nice feature. Love the black stainless color and have had no problems
