My old Samsung Finally died after 10 years. Not too bad I guess. Installation was a breeze since I was replacing with same brand. The inside of the microwave is blue, like some ovens. No matter, everything seems as good quality as my old one. This one has enough of the basics plus more. I give it four stars because I never give anything top marks.

Installed it under cabinet ourselves using easy install directions.

There are some features not found on older microwaves, such as a Snack setting, and a Keep Warm setting. We wish there was a dim back light on the key pad, as the printed settings are not easily read. Happy with this purchase.

A bit noisier than our last GE model. The rotating tray makes lots of grinding noises if it hasn't been used recently. Not happy about not having one-touch quick buttons to set 1, 2, 3-minute cooking. Would recommend a more advanced model.

Fortunately the independent installer service was able to come back the next day - best buy wouldn't have been able to give another appointment for 2 weeks!
