    I like the microwave fairly well. I love the look and the blue interior. I would have liked if it had quick start buttons/functions. Melting butter is also a chore in that it seems to explode even when not fully melted and within 15 seconds into the process. Other than that it is a good purchase

    After my installed over range microwave stopped working, I went to Best Buy and purchased a replacement. I did some online research and decided that the Samsung Over-range Microwave was my “Best Buy”. The unit is 1000 watts and has a large cooking area. Because I am a Total Tech Member the delivery snd installation was free. I am very pleased with the Mucrowave snd Best Buy.

    Aesthetics are top of the line and i would have hiven it five stars if i could ajust things like the music/ the preset functions/ and if it had a QuickStart feature. Overall though, it is a lovely microwave.

    I would have rated this 5 stars if samsung would keep the holes the same. Not sure why it is so hard to keep the holes in the same spot to hang the microwaves. I had a samsung previously and of course this one had different positioned holes. The overall feature function and usability is excellent, just hope samsung takes feedback on hole positioning.

    The microwave itself is quite efficient and has plenty of room. The power is great. However, the installation took multiple visits due to the outside venting.
