    The microwave is awesome! Wish the directions were better. There are 2 different sheets of MICA in side - they look as though they are cardboard and should be removed. I did that, accidently ripping them. Tried ordering them from 5 different places - they were all the wrong size. Finally ordered a replacement from Samsung. This was very frustrating! My mistake - but wish it was spelled out in the directions better.

    After almost a month of use, the only complaint I have is that sometimes the "buttons" don't react to touch as quickly/easily as they should. Sometimes you have to push twice for it recognize the pressure. Other than that, it works well and is pretty. We really like the blue inside too.

    Ok, less captivity than the one it was replacing and somewhat slower heating up. It takes longer to function at proper temps than its predeceptor.

    The microwave looks really nice in my kitchen! The reason for 4 stars is because the buttons sometimes require a hard press in order to register - it makes me worried that the control panel may need to be replaced sooner than later but so far so good!

    Looks great, but it seems to heat a little slower than our prior microwave. It is very roomy, and the auto-cook features are a nice touch, as the sensor works very well. The only 'knock' is that the interior light is quite dim, making it difficult to see what is happening without opening the door.
