    This is a sweet unit that replaced one that was a dozen years old. The wattage output on the radio waves is very reliable; two strips of bacon cook perfectly at 2 minutes on high every time. We did have to install supplemental lighting close to the unit because the all-black of the unit makes it hard to see without it (or with the huge overhead light in the kitchen). We like it.

    Basic unit - I wish I had reviewed a bit morezz. Fingerprint proof SS finish is nice. Touchpad not lighted- would be helpful for midnight snacking. Not as intuitive as I’d like but we were in a hurry. Installer was top notch.

    A great microwave overall. Much lighter than our old one so I could carry and install it myself. Very happy with the variety of presets and the 4 different fan speeds. I am glad it can be used with an internal filter or vented outside so that we could still use it if we install an outside vent someday. My only complaint is that the fan runs at reduced power if you are also microwaving something at the same time.

    After about a year...when we would turn on light underneath, the entire microwave would get hot on the outside. So hot that you didn't want to accidently touch the microwave at all and NEVER use the light underneath Never could figure it out so Best Buy replaced it after warranty check.

    We bought this microwave from the best buy outlet and it was giving me some problems at first where it would just shut off randomly, but that has stopped and I’m just hoping it doesn’t happen again!

    Vey nice microwave - quieter then our previous one - cooks things very evenly - defrost works works amazingly - popcorn feature works great - my only complaint is that I miss my speed buttons -(push 1 for 1 minute 2,3etc) without having to push 100 start . Other then that I do love it
