    It has been working great since I bought it over 1 year. Awesome product and it has great look. Earlier version had 4 fan individual settings and now I have the one button to press 4 time to get to the required setting of fan.

    Had to replace the door due to touch panel failure. Was done under warranty. Has worked fine since. If you install this over a stove try not to boil water directly under the control panel. We think it was steam that caused the panel to fail.

    When I could not buy this microwave at ANY local area store, I ordered from Best Buy to pick up at the closest store which was 100 miles from me. Awesome experience! This purchase was so easy for me from finding the product I needed, to checkout, to communication and pickup. It is finally installed in my new kitchen, and I love it!     I was looking for one economic MW oven for my kitchen and I reviewed the opinions and costs and availability from different places, and absolutely this is the best. It is not the cheapest, but it is the best ratio cost-service. You can find more expensive that are not as good as this one. In addition Samsung is a brand name that inspires trust.
