Tapping 30 sec then tapping start (2step) is not a positive in rating this appliance.

Love the solid feel of the door and solid feel overall. It was easy to install although the mounting had to be modified compared to the previous microwave. The exhaust fan is quiet and multiple speeds is a plus It cooks quite well. The light has two bulbs and gives off adequate light.
