    This microwave replaced a similar Samsung model because I was renovating the kitchen and changing from white appliances to stainless appliances. I needed a new oven but I did not need a new microwave The one I had worked well for 6 years or more so I bought the same one in stainless. It’s a basic model because I use it mainly for reheating food. Looks good, works well, no complaints.

    Not at all happy with one thing on this micro, the number panel is scratched, it said to clean it with a sponge and paper towel, which i did and the scratch marks show up real noticeable, can that number area be bad that it scratches so easy and can it be replaced or will you replace it with a new microwave. Would appreciate an answer ASAP, thank you JOYCE ARENA

    I bought this as a replacement for one that went bad during the time when we were asked to practice social distancing and self isolate. Having a tech come to the house and install the unit was out of the question. My wife an I got the job done easily and we've loved using it every day. The power rating is more than adequate for our daily use. I have no issue with this choice so far.

    Not impressed. About two years in with this brand and it goes through light bulbs and the front door skin as broken at the corner. Not getting anymore Samsung appliances.
