So far so good. Had same microwave for the last 5 years but as soon as warranty expired it had almost same issue but would actually not stop running. It was cheaper to buy this one then pay for service.

Would appreciate an answer ASAP, thank you JOYCE ARENA

The "buttons" are kind of hard to push, which makes me concerned about the longevity of this unit. It is a really good size. It looks really good. It's sounds cheaply made when you open and close the door...like the sound that the door on a cheaply made car sounds vs. a well-made car. Installation was a nightmare due to very poor communication between Best Buy and their contracted installer and both to me. Make sure you know who is delivering the unit to you, either Best Buy or the installer - you have to ask.

Try a power cycle if the microwave has power but won't respond to commands or only certain buttons work. Service is required if the panel still doesn't respond.

Having a tech come to the house and install the unit was out of the question. My wife an I got the job done easily and we've loved using it every day. The power rating is more than adequate for our daily use. I have no issue with this choice so far.

Our old Samsung finally broke after 15 yrs, so we bought this to replace it. It was fairly easy to install. The finish is beautiful, and the inside grey color is so much better than our old white. The only negative thing I have to say is that it's really not fingerprint resistant like it says. It's better than our old one, but still shows fingerprints.

The only reason I’m giving it a lower rating is because the buttons are hard to find and you have push them really hard.

The entire process took less than 30 minutes. He took the time to ensure the vent was taped to carry any odors outside the house. He cleaned up afterwards. Without reservation would welcome him back to install any future purchase made at Best Buy.
