However, I look at the control panel to set the clock and intuitively, there is no apparent way to set the clock. I reference the manual, and the instructions tell you to press the clock button. Well, there is no #%^**+= clock button, what the #%^*+!!. After search online trying to figure out how to set this dumb thing, there is a series of commands that you need to enter to set the clock. So the next time that I or someone else has to set the clock, we will have to search the Internet to figure out how to do that. Some dumb engineer dropped the ball on what should be such an intuitive feature. Peace out!

You will press and hold the button for three seconds then proceed with setting the time on the display. This microwave and installation are a mixed bag

The "buttons" are kind of hard to push, which makes me concerned about the longevity of this unit. It is a really good size. It looks really good. It's sounds cheaply made when you open and close the door...like the sound that the door on a cheaply made car sounds vs. a well-made car. Installation was a nightmare due to very poor communication between Best Buy and their contracted installer and both to me. Make sure you know who is delivering the unit to you, either Best Buy or the installer - you have to ask.

Try a power cycle if the microwave has power but won't respond to commands or only certain buttons work. Service is required if the panel still doesn't respond.
