As we continue to replace kitchen appliances, we continue to upgrade to Samsung. We have been pleased with the brand and this purchase fits with the others. While we have to learn the differences, so far so good.

This was a great replacement...I love the no fingerprints.

Enjoying my new microwave. I bought the exact same microwave at Lowe’s then went to order a new upright deep freezer, which they weren’t taking new orders for. Went across the street to Bestbuy and found the exact same microwave $100. Cheaper! Bought it and went back to Lowe’s and cancelled my order.

This is our replacement...Too soon for that. No way to just relace parts. The turning table is a disappointment.

Replaced a 3-yr old Kenmore that lost its brains with a new Samsung 1.9 Over-the-Range microwave. Like the look and it is fast. Only confusion was trying to figure out how to set the clock as there is no "clock" button as on most others. Thank goodness for the internet. Otherwise, it's great.

Great microwave. Looks great too. The lack stainless part is fingerprint resistant however the keypad is not but it does wipe off pretty easily. We installed it ourselves and everything we needed was included.

In the process of getting the device serviced, but 2 weeks until they come. I purchased this microwave in-store after reading reviews of similar models at the same price range. I thought I was getting a pretty smart microwave for the price, but during the use of the microwave the wife and I would noticed that the sensor would not accurately heat the food. We noticed that our food would be blistering hot (overcooked) at the half-way point of the sensor. Most recent issue: Heating some veggies and boiled some water in the microwave, the timer ended and things were fine. The range/stove was not on, but as we were preparing dinner the light went off in the microwave. We did not hear a "pop" or smell for an electrical issue, but the microwave is dead. Used the instruction manual to confirm that this was a problem with the microwave. Customer Service: They were very helpful and very personable, which is a huge plus. As anyone would be with a 4 month old appliance, the reliability of the product. They will require a maintenance person to come out and check/repair the microwave. Technician called me after and together diagnosed a few potential problems, where he ordered parts for them to have when the technician comes; 1 to 2 week service call and covered with 1 year warranty. My concerns: I relayed to each person that my concern is if this is an overheating issue then replacing a burned out component will not fix the overall issue and I'll be here 4 months down the road. They told me: they won't know the issue until the technician arrives and diagnoses. Once that happens, they will have the option to replace or refund if the device is "un-repairable".
