I haven't read the online information and I need to. It is not that easy to figure out, so it is a little bit of a disappointment in that respect

Heats up your food... haven't figured out how the sensor works... but you can just input the time you want to cook with. The buttons are a bit stiff to begin with but seems to get better after a little use.

Had to drill new holes in the cabinet above due to new location for those bolts. One thing you have to get used to is that the inside compartment is a dark color. Got it for a great deal as well - $200

We have been pleased with the brand and this purchase fits with the others. While we have to learn the differences, so far so good.

This microwave is great with different options that fit our everyday meals. Only thing is we had hardest time setting time on microwave and still not set....frustrating.

Only negative is that the top brackets seem to be weak and after a few years of use, the body of the casing pulls away from the brackets

I bought the exact same microwave at Lowe’s then went to order a new upright deep freezer, which they weren’t taking new orders for. Went across the street to Bestbuy and found the exact same microwave $100. Cheaper! Bought it and went back to Lowe’s and cancelled my order.
