Amazing microwave use it all the time definitely an upgrade from what we have used

Only knock is you cant use the microwave and kitchen timer at the same time.

Works and looks great. My only complaint is that you can't set a timer when the vent is on.

Called today to try and make appointment for someone to come to house to move my Tv down it’s too high was in hold for over 1/2 hour talked to 2 different woman and no one came back on phone

Easy to install and operate. The family loves it.

My team member listened to my needs and advised me to choose this model and he was correct. I insist on being able to choose my power level for everything I place in the microwave. Very happy.

Great for heating up leftovers and also frozen vegetables. I have not tried the defrost function yet or popping popcorn

Great microwave. This one replaced an older model Samsung microwave that lasted for 15 years. Very pleased with Samsung appliances.

I like the no fingerprint part, except the keypad is shiny and shows fingerprints. The tray part is nice and big. It is pretty spiffy looking and helps my old kitchen look better.

Recently purchased this as part of a bundle. The look is modern and sleek. The buttons are clear and respond to light touch. I usually prepare and freeze my food for the week. I am still struggling with setting the right time for a perfect reheat. Otherwise, it functions as advertised and has plenty of room.

I had one before and it lasted a long time. Bought a General Electric and thst is the worst decision. It did not last at all. Also the Best buy service girl was great.

We needed a new over the range microwave quickly due to our old one failing to work any longer. They had what we needed in stock and we couldn’t have been happier. The sensoring features are outstanding!

A little assembly required, as with most for individual use. Have time available if installing yourself-directions are adequate and helpful to have second set of hands though as a single managed well enough.

Bought as a gift and has my husband install for my mother in law. She loves it! It matches her kitchen well and looks fantastic.

Great looking microwave. I bought a Samsung set for one of my properties. looks super sharp and hasn't given me any trouble. Tenant said he rented the unit because how nice the kitchen looks with these appliances. Lots of space inside too!

We wish it had autostart, but it installed without too much trouble and works well. We do like the fact that it has a "power save" option where you can turn off the clock display.

Great product and price. Our slightly noisier than our old microwave, but that not a concern.

This is such a nice microwave. I have a radiation detector (cheapo model) like 24 bucks and measured the radiation, and this one does not leak like many other microwaves do. I cook my breakfast sandwich by just pressing the frozen button and then start.
