I had a Samsung microwave with the control panel in the door across the bottom, the warranty ran out right before the microwave broke. this microwave is the same brand but the control panel on the side and not in the door is free of the ribbon cale being flexed every time the door is opened.

Works great, has 4 fan speeds, and is quick to heat! It is not an overly fancy microwave but has everything you need... unless you need the convection option!

Amazingly large capacity. 1.7 Kw means truly fast cooking. So far used only for cooking vegetables and reheating. Sensor cooking option is great. So many options: just wish Samsung would provide recipe book like other manufacturers do. Instructions are sparse.

Microwave works great better than any other microwave owned but the vent fan feature is lacking seems a little underpowered especially for the burners at the front of the range

There are quite a few disappointments associated with this model. To begin, it does not cook evenly. The dish gets hot, but the food is warm in some areas and cold in other places. After stirring to even out the hot and cold, it is barely warm. The start button is extremely difficult to launch. I have to press it repeatedly to make it start. I was afraid I was going to ruin the keypad, which is cheap and flimsy, at best. However, after using the keys after a couple of weeks, they engage much easier. The fan is so loud, you have to raise your voice in order to be heard by the person standing near you. The overall roar of the microwave is loud, as well. While in use, the interior lighting is very dim. The keypad functionality is definitely not intuitive. There is no User Manual included, so you will need to go online to figure out how to set the time, how to use the timer, and other features this microwave offers, which are not apparent how to use. Another distressing feature is that you cannot have the microwave actively cooking and set the timer at the same time; it is either one or the other, but not both. I do see fingerprints on the surface, but they are easy to remove. Overall, it is a disappointment and I would love to be able to exchange it for an upscale model, but would not want to pay another installation fee. With time, one would be able to figure out its shortcomings and use it effectively. If you are seeking a more user-friendly microwave, do not select this one.

Very pleased with our new microwave. I preferred one without all sorts of "bells and whistles". Works well, quiet and easy to use.

Love the microwave. Bigger than the one used to have. Son had put finger prints on the microwave took a dry towel and wiped them off

This microwave didn’t make it 2 years. With everyday use the microwave became brittle and started cracking all over. The handle crumbled away and the front started cracking.

We loved our other microwave, but it did not match the kitchen nor other appliances so we replaced it. This microwave is just a good, perhaps a bit sronger. Cooks items evenly (if a microwave can do that!) Makes an enchanting sound when the item is done.

This microwave was easy to install. Came packaged well and works great! Very nice looking microwave. Replaced another Samsung microwave that I had for 9 years. Hoping this model lasts as long. Great price for an over the range microwave.

It works but vibrates and was bent in several places. They installed it anyway and left a lot of shipping plastic on it.

Works great, looks great. Got this a long with other Samsung appliances and no complaints at all. Delivery people were very nice too.

It's not really very fingerprint-resistant. The buttons require extra effort to use. I usually have to press them twice.

I really wanted a different one but you guys didn't have it in stock couldn't wait on it to come in. It was a little higher price than the one I have now.

The turntable is difficult to position. It is also extremely hot to the touch. Instructions are difficult to follow.

Works pretty well and was a good replacement for a previous Samsung Model. Hopefully this one lasts longer. Downside is the buttons are bit off and the need to hit them multiple times to select speed or brightness.

This microwave replaced a similar one that had worn out. Best Buy service , delivery and installation were great. Glad to have a working microwave again!

The outside looks good, and I liked the blue interior. Now, I regret the blue interior, because it is dark and I can't see the food while in the microwave. I need to bring out the dish.
