The only tricky thing about this unit is setting the time. Our other microwaves had clock identified for setting. This microwave is set by holding the Power Level button for three seconds. A small clock icon is below the PL.

It has a different coating inside that makes it easier to clean, especially with the way my kids clean. Even the new stainless steel color is nice, wife loves it. Happy wife, happy life.

One beep timer

Burning numerous dishes at the point of being useless. Also, if you have the timer working you can not use the microwave at the same time. With these terrible designs we can't use the microwave like we always have. Samsung used to be a quality brand. I won't buy them anymore.

Large over the oven microwave

Only downside is that the door is slightly off and isn't flush with the right side. Probably just a small defect that only we will notice... otherwise it's been great! Pretty strong fan on it as well with 4 speeds.
