I love this Microwave! The frozen entrée button is a life saver! I have been using this for over a year now and have had no issues with it.

I have had this microwave for a month now and has been working perfectly. I love the color combination. It just add that extra look to my kitchen. I’m glad I got it.

It definition works well and my food is hot when it's done. This is our second unit in two years due to the magnetron failing though. Our last microwave lasted nearly 20 years and these new ones just don't last. I don't think it has anything to do with the brand, we've heard many other brands also failing quickly. We'll see how this new one goes.

Handle broke in few months of minimum use. We were using this microwave just to reheat the foods. Quality of build seems to be very poor as we can see a lot of similar complaints on review. We brought this through best buy.

Barely lasted a year before the handle broke. Don’t recommend.

Bought 2 yrs ago and is completely falling apart.

Just what we needed. Our old unit (different brand) bit the dust again (repaired it the first time) and this one was so economical and much more efficient that getting a new one was an easy decision. In-stock, perfect size, great price, love the enamel interior. Great service at our store too! I installed it myself, needed a hand for the lifting/holding while I mounted it. The paper template is easy to rip, but everything else was perfect.

Very pleased with this microwave. Looks good in the kitchen, install was easy, plenty of features and all as a good price. The only slight negative is that the key pad takes a little extra pressure to take input. It's not a problem, just need to press slightly harder than our previous kenmore microwave. Overall very happy with this microwave and would recommend it.

We replaced a 15 yr old over-the-range microwave with this one. We'd been upgrading our appliances to stainless steel for a more modern look. Very happy with this - especially the fingerprint resistant handle! It's about a half Cu Ft larger than our old one, so the bottom is about an inch lower and the front sticks out about an inch more than the last one did. This is NOT a problem, but did take me several days to get used to the size as I walked past it in the kitchen. I also very much like that the interior is the same material as the inside of the stove. I expect that it will be easier to keep clean and stay nicer over time. I noticed a lot of reviews complained that the keypad is not lit. But my old one was not lit either. I think that's a standard thing, so it doesn't bother me. I would have liked to have the ENTIRE user manual included. Instead, Samsung provides a smaller version with basic info and the full manual (only 20 pgs) is available to download from their site. Other than that, which is not enough to lower a star in the rating, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Serves the purpose of an over-the-range microwave. I was concerned about the size fitting the space from a 19 year old GE unit that I had to replace however fit like a glove. We have a rear vent installation. Being a DYIer and new to this appliance I had to ask a lot of questions. The staff at Best Buy was clear that this was a top vent unit and that is all they sell. The employee on the floor even called someone to confirm. You can't see them completely on display so I took a flyer that I could figure out how to vent out the rear and sure enough, clear instructions on how to convert from top vent to rear vent. Would be good for the Best Buy staff to learn a bit more about these units. Somewhat cheaply made, others have commented about the plastic face on door. From what I read subject to scratching if not careful when cleaning. Glad I read that in a different review. Kitchen timer beeps 5 times when time expired then is gone. if you are not in the room when it goes off, you may miss what you are timing. Our old GE unit would produce a reminder beep every 15 seconds or so until you hit cancel. Did not come with much of an owners manual. Still trying to figure out some of the functionality and the control pad. Hopefully once I track down a users manual will be a bit more clear. Petty complaint, when you hit quick 30 second heat you still have to hit start. Others I've used it kicks in right away. Also can't add 30 seconds to the timer while it is counting down. Really liked that feature on our old GE as well. I purchased the day before it went on sale and used $30 in reward $$ I had earned at BB. The price dropped the next day and I contacted BB for a price match, which they honored however they only discounted from the net price after the reward $, not on the original price I paid. Not sure worth the effort to press this issue. Overall a decent value.

It been in use for about a month, and so far all good. We picked up the white model. Installation was quick and straightforward. Just be aware that the bracket to attach to the wall is attached to the back of the microwave. From the outside it looks good. The display is blue led. The fan is quite powerful and moves a good volume of air. The light underneath is reasonably bright. The sensor settings seem fine, and thus far has been used for popcorn, and it came out just right. Some negatives which I have seen so far.. The inside is dark in color, and the glass is tinted. So it is hard to see the food inside, especially if you just want to boil water in a glass for tea. But its something you get used to - I now know the exact time to use and so no longer need to peer in. The timer and microwave can't work together. So if you have the timer going, then you cant heat something in microwave. The add 30 seconds feature needs you to press the start button. All of the other microwaves I have used so far always gets it going immediately. The user manual is not included. You need to go online and print the pdf. Manuals are rarely read, but its good to go through the first time, and have it all together for reference. I printed it from the website. So far all good, with the only 2 small sources of irritation being having to press "start" after adding 30 secs, and not able to run the timer and microwave together.

I purchased this to replace a 10 year old Samsung Microwave 1.7cu ft 1100 watt 400 cmf with a rack inside. I never purchased a extended warranty for the old or this new one because I know the Samsung microwave will last a long time. This new Microwave is 1.9 cu ft which is slightly larger inside and they took away the inside rack and the inside is ceramic blue instead of white making it dark on the inside. It’s only 1000 watt instead of 1100 and 400 cfm is the same. The outside dimension is same size and the mounting holes on top is in the same spot making it a Seemless and very easy install. I was able to use the existing mounting bracket already install on my wall and same holes in the cabinet. All in all it’s a great buy!!

We picked this item from the "open item/damaged shelf" and to our pleasant surprise, there was absolutely nothing we could find that was damaged, scratched or otherwise- except that the box had been opened. It saved us over $200!! Large size inside space no-frills microwave with all the power needed. Over the range design type was easy to install with all the included parts. I like the on/off ability for the turntable if you have irregular placed items inside while cooking. The outside of the oven looks sharp!

This microwave performs exactly as promised plus...it's super quiet. I couldn't be happier. Expertly installed by the Geek Squad.

Easy to assemble, very quiet, nice design spacious

It's a great microwave. Roomy, controls are pretty easy to use, fit great, and the installation went seamlessly. It took a long time to get an installation appointment, since I bought it around Halloween and got it over a week after Thanksgiving, but it's here now, and the guys who installed it were great. The date for the 'purchase date' is the day after it was installed, NOT when I bought it. Also, it went on sale after I bought it. Would have been nice to have been offered the sale price, since I had to wait for 5 weeks to get it. Also, there was no manual with it; I had to download it from online after finding it myself.

I had to buy several and bring them back. Then had to finally pay more money and go with a different brand and it was slightly cracked at the door handle but it’s a nice quiet operating microwave. I kept it cause my son bought it for me and it matches my Samsung stove. It was horrible putting it up and it and down to get the right one. The first one was so loud when you used it you could hear it all over the house and it’s not a small home. The second one when we immediately opened the box the door handle was broken completely off. So I guess the third one was a charm with the exception of the crack. I really like this one and how quiet it is and how it operates.
