Very easy to install and comes with everything needed if you are replacing a microwave. Will need to purchase the hanging bracket separately if first time installing. Very Quiet and looks great.

We updated the old microwave with this model. This unit is very quiet. Simple to use and does what it should. Very nice looking unit. Simple to mount.

Got it during the sale so the price wasn't bad. Installation was pretty easy and straight forward. It seems to be fairly quiet. Just missing some quick 1-5 minute 1 touch buttons.

First off, this baby's a stunner - stainless steel, sleek, and chic, it could easily be the star of your kitchen. Makes you wanna whip up a midnight snack just as an excuse to use it! Now, the Sensor Cook... man, that thing's a beauty! Popped in my frozen lasagna not knowing what to expect. But this smarty-pants did all the guesswork for me and served it hot, cheesy, and bubbling - not an icy bit in sight! The capacity is a nice surprise too. 1.9 cu. ft.? That's like a magic trick! Cooked up a whole chicken for Sunday dinner, and there was still room to spare. And talk about quiet! If it wasn't for the delicious smell wafting out, I would've forgotten I had something cooking. And the bonus? The fan doubles as an over-the-range hood, keeping my kitchen air fresh and crisp. So, in a nutshell, this Samsung microwave is my new sous chef, kitchen beautifier, and all-around hero. If you're looking for a microwave that goes the extra mile, this is your guy. Catch you later, gotta go admire my microwave some more!

The design of this microwave is very sleek and it is sturdy. I like how you can easily clean the inside and it is not too loud. The function buttons are great. My only complaint is there is no one press buttons. You have to push the function or time and start for everything.

I like the size and light placement underneath. I find the buttons hard to see at night. Also you have yo press hard on the buttons. Support when calling Samsung was very good. The selling point was the placement if the light underneath. It is more towards front of door which is good for lighting on my burners Very quiet.

Hey guys, I'm a woman with no precious experience in microwave hanging and let me tell you, if I can do it so can you. I even had to dismantle it to turn the fans for internal exhaust circulation. I only needed help to hold it up while the screw's were tightened. Ladies, you'll love this microwave. It is beautiful and works perfectly. Just an FYI... There is something that looks like cardboard on the inside of it, DO NOT take this off!! It covers the Megatron, which is somewhat important...

Love the sleek and formal look of the black stainless steel. Easy to use, only complaint is there is no cancel button. Took a minute to figure out what it was replaced with. Easy set up, definitely worth the money to have i professionally installed.

We were between this microwave and the similar size GE, the GE was better rated on Consumer Reports but when i looked at them both side by side they were the same for cooking evenness and noise. Since the Stainless steel on the GE didn't match our Samsung stove as well, we went with the brand match. We did the install ourselves buy watching youtube videos, 130 for install is a bit much. Below are interesting things I read in other reviews that I can speak about. 1. The microwave is too loud. its not, i agree with the CR rating that the noise level is very good. 2. There is no way to clear the timer if you stop it early. You can, just hit the stop button 2x 3. You have to press the buttons super hard to get it to work. You don't, but I will agree with comments that say the touch point isn't exactly center of the button. 4. there no clock button. there isn't but you can set the clock, you just have to download the user manual from Samsung and follow the instructions 5. there is no timer button, there is 6. Its hard to see inside when food its heating. This i will agree with, the blue interior and the light make it dark. I can see my food but its definitely not as lit up inside as my old one that had a white interior. 7. The multiple fan options are nice 8. the light that goes over your stove top is bright It heats food just fine, I generally just enter in the time I want via the 30 sec button or the number pad. I will say this, I cover my food with a lid to keep it from splashing over the microwave. This may interfere with the sensor cooking, i.e it cooks longer/overheats your meal. I don't use the present buttons much anyway except for the popcorn button which worked great.

Its a great microwave. It looks sleek in the kitchen, just the perfect size, and has more options than im used to. I use the popcorn setting all the time. It wasnt hard to install either. I did the whole thing by myself, except for the last part, where i needed someone to hold it while i screwed in a couole screws. Ive had it now for 2 years, and no issues at all.

Nice features. You do have to touch buttons in right place...sometimes takes a few tries. Very nice inside...huge. easy to clean. Installer left fingerprints and ironically claims to be print free....you would think installer would wipe them off...lol...I like that it DOES NOT have express as thst is annoying when you don't need the full minute.

This is a very nice looking microwave, it works very well, and it is perfect for me. Although many newer microwaves these days have automatic minutes when you hit the numbers 1-5 or 6, this microwave you must hit 1:00 Start in order to get one minute of heat time, etc. I feel it was a great value for the price.

Great microwave! 1st bought the 1.6 cubic microwave and then decided for the 1.9 cubic..worth it! When buying I first thought why spend extra? Well the size of the dish for starters! Going from a 11" to almost a 15" plate! The size was huge difference! Then have the option for the dish to rotate or turn off . When heating large leftovers it comes in handy to turn off the rotation.. it won't get stuck trying to rotate..another upgrade feature is the ceramic interior, wipe up spills and grease with ease.. having the black ceramic inside vs the standard white plastic interior is no comparison... Also the extra speed for the fan is nice.. So there's plenty of added features from this microwave vs the next level down.. spend the extra! The 1st smaller cheaper one just felt cheaper too.. the quality was noticably different..

Microwave works great, easy to use and is very quiet. Finish on microwave is easy to keep clean and the interior of the microwave is also. Keypad is very responsive and the sense for cooking things work fantastic.

Instruction manual is a piece of paper! There is not much description on how to operate the microwave you have to go to Best Buy for question and reviews on how to operate! The manufacture should be embarrassed!! They know better they know how to make operating instruction manual! Really No Clock button!! For that I only give 4 Stars

It’s a microwave. I like the big size of it. The door is pretty stiff when opening and closing. The buttons have to be touched just the right way to work. Clock was rediculous to figure out how to set. I wish the microwave automatically started when you hit +30 seconds but it doesn’t. Also doesn’t have any auto cook when you press 1 or 2 etc. Maybe I’m spoiled to my last microwave.

We’ve had this microwave for several months and it works really great! It replaced a previous Samsung and coordinates really well with all of my other stainless steel appliances. There are several new features on this model and it was easy to install and learn to use.

Very Sleek and modern microwave. Easy settings accept for the time set. The installation man set it for me, but ehen daylights time changes last week I had to look it up online how to change the clock. There is no clock button

This Samsung microwave looks good, has all the necessary bells and whistles, works well and was priced reasonably. It fit perfectly into the space vacated by the previous Samsung microwave. The Best Buy installation guys did a nice job and were very professional.

Great size, price & features for a over the Range Micrwave…the blue steel inside compares to more pricey (some may say over rated and overpriced competitors in the market) highly recommended if in the market for a quality upgrade.
