Wanted something to match our new range and this seemed to be a great value given the features and size. While other more expensive models had more pre-programmed buttons, we really don't use those that much so this had just the right amount for us. Heats food evenly and the interior is very easy to clean. So far it has been great.

Sleek design, I like the look inside and out. The only suggestion for future is a quick button. My former microwave had a feature when you pressed “1” for one minute, “2” for two minutes, etc up to 6.

Easy install and works flawlessly. The buttons are a little harder to select, but the rest of the unit works very well. The Clock feature is obscure, but I am not going to ding them a star for that, but they do need to document better how to setup the clock. Overall, the unit is a great value purchase at $251.41 including tax with free shipping.

Sleek, elegant design, easy installation, performs well!

Install: Installation was extremely simple as I replaced a failed Samsung Microwave with this one. That said, I'm thankful that nothing changed from the mounting bracket perspective. Exactly how long it took, I'm not certain, but I was listening to a basketball game and completed the install during the 1st quarter. Performance: This microwave performs as expected. Hoping it lasts longer then the previous model (Model:ME21M706BAS) that lasted only 2 years. Just a nit: START BUTTON location is just above the bottom right button. (2nd row: far right) It's really an issue with me, but I keep trying to press the bottom right button thinking it should be the start button...I'm sure I'll get over it in time and I just need to relax a bit. :) Those are my $0.02

Satisfied, spacious, it’s nice that the interior is not white. The regular clock display is a little confusing to set up. I had to use a YouTube video to set it up. The scan and app feature is nice feature.

Good microwave. Standard size for above the range. Runs quiet, but the outer housing seems a little uneven. Wish it ran led lights for inside and the stive light.

The product has a good design however having some issues with suction and heating. Co-ordinated with the team to get it replaced and Best Buy provided me with a great service

I love this silent microwave. Much better than my former plastic looking inside microwave also. The buttons can be a bit annoying and have to push a little harder but overall it’s pretty and works great.

Our previous microwave was not heating as well or as even as it once was, and we were in the market for new appliances. We were looking for black stainless and came across this one. it fit all our needs so we packaged it the rest in the appliance package we created. Was easy to install and use.

Appealing look, nice enhancement to any kitchen. Easy to operate programming. Heats/cooks food well. Tolerable noise level. Pleased with this purchase. I would recommend this microwave.

I’ve only had this microwave for a few weeks. So far it’s been wonderful. Nice features and larger than my previous one. But it was over 20 years old. This oven is very sleek and nicely matches my other appliances.

In general - I love it. Very spacious with a darker interior so it won't stain like the one with a white interior. I do miss the one button press function, but that is just a little thing.

I must say the customer service was what really made me buy it, and now that I have it and I am very happy with it. Its roomy inside. Which funny because the one I had before saw the same size on the outside. Easy to clean. I love it. And I have had it for a year now.

Microwave is great! The door on our old one broke, and is no longer made, so we upgraded to this model. It works even better then the old one. My only con is that it doesn’t have a clock button, and the instructions state it does. Thank goodness for Google saving the day!

i like it a lot. it's only 950 watts and that's something i wish i knew before i got it, it is definitely noticeable, but it works, it is easy to clean, and it looks good.

Overpaid this oven should be $100 not what I paid for it, setting the clock is very difficult would not recommend and there's no push to open, you have to open with the handle.

This microwave works great! Easy to clean and some great settings are available for varying needs. Looks very nice over my oven.
