The microwave itself is easy to use except for the clock. There aren’t proper directions. It’s rather stupid. We figured it out. Also poor instructions for the installation.

I purchased this to replace another Samsung Microwave that was the same size we purchased from BestBuy 15 years ago. The prior unit worked fine but recently the front panel became unresponsive and the replacement parts were simply unavailable. We were so happy with the prior unit we purchased another and we are very glad we did. Some salient reasons: 1) The mounting hardware was identical to the prior unit so we didn't have to redo our intricate backsplash. The new unit simply fit in the same space with the same fasteners as the prior unit! Something to serious consider when deciding on an over the range unit. 2) The vent location and hardware were also the same as before, so no cutting or altering the existing cabinets. Compared to the older unit, this new one seems quieter and cooks quicker which is a bit odd since it has the same wattage as the prior unit. Maybe it is more efficient? Regardless we are quite pleased with the unit and hope that it lasts as long as the prior unit.

Great Microwave would definitely recommend this to anybody. I'm not sure about the fingerprint resistance but that's not the reason I bought it. It comes with nice options like the veggie button. I also like how easy it is to use.

Great product. Simple to use and makes less noise as compare to my old LG over the range microwave.

The Samsung - 1.9 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cook- Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel is an excellent choice. I enjoy using it especially for quick pizza serving, instead of using the stove. Worth every penny !

I really like this microwave. It is roomy. The porcelain interior is easy to clean. There are only a few drawbacks I have found with it. The first being that there is no printed instruction book. One is available online however. Some of the features are a bit tricky to figure out but once you do they are pretty simple. For example setting the clock. I had to go to YouTube To view a video of how to do it. It was simply a matter of holding power level button 3 seconds. Another challenge is putting the ring and glass turntable back in the oven after cleaning the oven. It is hard to get it positioned just right. However this was an issue I encountered with my previous GE one as well. I like the butter softening and melting button. There are many great features on this and I would certainly recommend it to my friends.

This Samsung - 1.9 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cook - Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel Model: ME19R7041FS is a replacement for a 2012 similar Samsung Microwave. It's nearly identical and intuitive to use. It works identically with the same power and functionality with 2 exceptions. The new microwave has no interior lighting when you open the door, and no metal shelf inside the unit. I never used the metal shelf in the old unit, and I don't really miss the light as my kitchen is bright enough. I do like the blue enameled interior. Installation was easy, using the same wall bracket from the previous microwave. I was able to do the replacement with one other person to lift and stabilize the oven. It took about an hour, including removing the old unit. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

Nice OTR Microwave with good value. Really like the fingerprint resistant stainless, and matches the rest of my Samsung kitchen package nicely. Really strong venting fan. Have to push a little hard on the buttons, but will hopefully "break in" soon.

My kenmore over the range microwave broke after 7 years of using it. I bought this samsung for reasonable price and so far has been working to my satisfaction. My other kitchen appliances are also Samsung brand so I know the quality I get from this purchase.

Easy install. Easy to operate. Able to set the clock without reading the instructions (just push the button with the little clock picture) Heats & cooks evenly, leaves foods very hot, it's quiet, quite large cooking area.

This fits over my range and does not go down so far that I can't see the things I am cooking on the stove. That is a huge plus! The microwave works really well and has the shortcuts we use often.

Bought this to match the refrigerator. It matches perfectly. Its very easy to use and large enough for a family of 4.

The microwave looks and performs great so far and the install of the microwave was super easy. I am taking off a star because this model has incadesent bulbs instead of LED's and the bulbs it comes with run SUPER hot (the metal around them was hot to the touch. I was able to find dimmable G8 LED Bulbs on Amazon to fix this issue, but I just don't understand why it doesn't come with LED lights.

Set-up was easy if you follow the manual. We bought this because our old microwave stopped heating our food. This one does a great job at heating, fits in nicely with other stainless steel appliances. You can choose which way air is vented.

We bought this as part of a set to replace an existing GE microwave. This microwave was much easier to install and extremely easy to use. There are no issues with the use and the appearance is spot on. We really like the darker interior instead of the white plastic in others.

Replaced a 20+ year old microwave during a kitchen remodel. Cooks quicker, more consistently and quieter than the old one, but I miss some features. It's very hard to see anything through the door when it's running. The light is very dim, and there's a dark film on the inside of the door (not removable). The lights underneath could be brighter, and really should be LEDs. The microwave is not usable when the kitchen timer is running, and vice versa. Also wish the "+30 seconds" button worked as an express start (press it once, and it starts with a 30 second timer).

The buttons don’t press down as easy, but the handle feels great. Heats up food well. It only has add 30 second for auto buttons. Does not have 1, 2, or 3 minute fast buttons. Takes a bit more time but a large microwave fits a lot of food.

After having to replace my old Microwave I was a little bummed, but this Samsung has changed my view. The ceramic inside make clean-up a breeze. Much more quiet when running and the look is much more sleek. I would for sure recommend this product

I love my Samsung over the range microwave. It is has a lot of features that make using it easy and its very sleek and doesn't show fingerprints!!
