Was able to install it myself with no problem. The design added a more contemporary style to my kitchen. Love the look!

Great microwave. Installed with my existing wall mount. Took 15 min. to take down old one and install this one. Only wish it had quick select time buttons.

Has all the features we need. One thing I didn't know was that each number and the 30-second button does not automatically start the microwave like our previous microwave. You have to press the number (or the 30-second button) AND start. I like the 4 fan settings. And the turntable reverses when the microwave is started and then restarted.

Bought this to replace a unit we have had for many years. The install was much easier than anticipated. The inside is a bit dark, it is a ceramic coating, much like the inside of an oven. Cleanup has been a breeze though, just never use anything abrasive. Haven't used it long enough to determine the quality of build, but it feels solid.

Relatively easy to install, the instructions are pretty much explanatory, but requires two people to hold it. Has a nice overall look and works as expected, including the smart sensor. Setting up is a little tricky and the user manual is just a general paper the applies to probably any Samsung microwave. The are no pictures so finding the Time and Settings requires some investigation as they are some tiny icons below Stop and 30min buttons. There is no mention of it in the manual.

I have had this unit for a little over a month now and it has preformed flawlessly. I purchased this unit to match a Samsung dual oven gas range - looks great together. Have used it to cook, defrost, reheat and all have worked as expected. I f I had to complain about anything , it needs a better light for over the range.

Love this item! the five fan speeds is something I didn't know I needed and help tremendously when cooking over the range. Overall, the look is great, there is plenty of room with no issues thus far.

Quick, Hot, Hot, Hot with only 30 sec!! Very attractive, Matches my other appliances( from different manufacturers) perfectly. Great reference menu cooking, reheating & thawing right inside top panel. Had to replace our microwave pronto. What a great choice. Unknowingly, my daughter bought an earlier model 4-5 yrs ago & has loved it every minute.
