Looks great and works great. Only little gripe if any is that u have to press pretty hard on some buttons, light button is the one that comes to mind.

This pops popcorn like it should, defrosts and heats as it should. Our old one, which only lasted roughly 9 years, never really worked that great. We love and recommend this!

Looks good in remodeled kitchen.

If it works as great as Samsung HDTVs, I do not expect any problems.

Excellent condition is supposed to contain all original parts. The hanging bracket and screws were not included, however, I was able to use my existing bracket. Then, after installation, we discovered a cover from the interior was missing. Best Buy customer service told me to contact Samsung, Samsung sent me back to Best Buy. Finally, I wound up spending $18 on the part + shipping from a third party vendor. Not a happy camper!
