So far, so good! But then you never know with technology. But I like the clean lines and black interior which looks like porcelain . Delivery was quick, and the installation went well.

I needed a new microwave and founf the perfect fit for my kitchen. Has many settings and pretty self explanatory. We actually installed it ourself but honestly you need at least 2-3 ppl to help so just an fyi.

I am happy with my new samsung microwave that is fingerprint proof and matches my stove and fridgerator. I bought in on the Klarna app and broke it into 4 intrest free payments.

We first bought this microwave to replace the previous one that was no longer working. We got it and notice it was not heating up properly. Contacted Best Buy Customer service and they replace it with a new one. I personally think the touchpad is not user friendly but the microwave does its job.

I just love my new microwave. It’ has many different features and it warms and defrost your food so well. I love the build in fan and light on the other side and it’s f very cool to be to have the option to use the turntable on or off.

I love my new microwave. My only complaint is that you cannot use the timer and the microwave at the same time.

This microwave is sturdy, built with quality. This microwave has alot of extras that we didn't realize that it had. We bought a stainless steel which is nice but we bought a Samsung refrigerator after and only could get it in black stainless steel and we tried to return microwave to exchange it for the same microwave but in black stainless steel and we still had it in box never touched and 17 days tried to return or actually just exchange and for a more expensive one and they wouldn't let us as this item only had 15 day return which was ridiculous but the microwave itself is nice.

The clean design and ease-of-use of this unit will fit in with any kitchen... we have a KitchenAid fridge, LG gas range, and who knows the dishwasher... all purchased from Best Buy. Everything still ties together very nicely and this shiny new microwave is great.

Excellent quality. Love all the features. Replaced an older GE with this microwave. It matches our Samsung gas stove recently purchased. Recommend 5 Stars!

Overall very satisfied with this unit. Large capacity, easy to install. The only issue was to figure out how to set the clock but found a youtube video that explained it.

The microwave is proving to be a good value ut, has one major fault. When you are using the microwave, there is no light inside, as most microwaves do, to see if the food being heated requires attention. Have to use a flashlight is annoying and opening and closing all of the time is not effecctive.

Looks great amd appears to work very well. Nice dark ceramic interior. Decent instructions for installing but definitely recommend an extra set of hands.
