However it doesn't allow me to use the timer and cook at the same time like my last one. otherwise it does the job and so far I am happy with it. The pre settings are easier to use too.

You have to press 1 0 0 for 1 min, etc. First-world problems, I get it. But was confusing when I pressed 1 and cycle was done immed!

However, when I downloaded the user manual on line I found some unexpected surprises. The directions say to let the oven cool for 5 minutes after each use. That is not helpful when you are reheating more than one item and want everything to be hot at the same time! So far I have not religiously done that without problems but long term I may be making problems for myself. Also, with this microwave you cannot both cook and use the timer at the same time. That was possible with the Whirlpool unit I replaced and I miss that functionality.

I almost didn't buy it and i am so glad i did. The panel is not difficult to use and i dont have yo press hard to make it work. It works fast and very strong especially the vent. LOVE IT!!!!!

We got it and notice it was not heating up properly. Contacted Best Buy Customer service and they replace it with a new one. I personally think the touchpad is not user friendly but the microwave does its job.

Not good! I had a new microwave within an hour and pulled up to the curb and they loaded It in! Husband installed it and all were happy! Great microwave too!
